2: Wood Connection: The concave-convex groove connection, combined with self-tapping screws and anti-loose nails fastening

 

3:Reinforced Bar: Φ12 round bar, using four strain / board [can guarantee that the overall structure of a firm does not produce distortion]

 

4: Product tolerance: Length dimension tolerance ± 3mm; Width ± 3mm; thickness tolerance of ± 1mm; flatness: ± 2mm; right angle ≤ 5mm

 

5: Oil Treatment: Pallet before leaving the factory to do a strict Oil treatment

 

6: Structure: each piece of wood with concave-convex slot connections, combined with reinforced bar, so that pallets be applied to high-intensity vibration equipment requirements
