l The producing principle
The processing is to put the linterlayer film between two glass and then use the hot press laminated machine to vacuum and heat them. Because of the film's adhension, the glass is laminated together. If you want to produce the artistic laminated glass, you should put the flower or picture or silk between the films to laminated them together meanwhile.
l Kinds of laminated glass processing.
Fangding EVA glass laminating machine can adopt EVA film, TPU film to produce kinds of laminated glass, including architectural laminated glass, tempered laminated glass, top grade decorative laminated glass, bulletproof laminated glass, armored glass, LED laminated glass, PDLC laminated glass.etc. The similar machines from other local suppliers can do EVA glass lamination only.
New PVB laminated glass can be produced in one step without autoclave.
