Introduction:

1. Square tube iron lathe bed, cast iron Longmen structure(T-shape). Aviation aluminum working mesa(1.8mm)
2.3-axis(XYZ) use 4 pieces  Yaskawa servo motor(japanese, the Z axis with brakes) and drivers.

3. X, Y, Z-axis use Hiwin linear guideway(diameter 20), X Y axis are rack transmit, Z-axis ball screw (2510 or 1605). 

4. Double exchange transformer AC(60v500w) power supply.

5. Six pieces China 1.5KW water-cooler brushless frequency-change spindle and Delta 11 KW inverter.
6.3-axis motor line is CNC High soft lines(4*0.75), spindle line is shielding high soft line(3*1.5).

7. The processing precision is 0.03-0.05mm, diagonal error is 1mm

8. Design software is Artcam, TYPE3, Ucancam. MasterCAM, and the control system is NCstudio or DSP, Mach3.

9.  Rotary axis(100mm diameter, 1200mm length) and double bag dust collector.
