Our Roller suspension Concrete pipe making machine was sold to Australia last October. Mr. Bill is an engineer has over 20 years experience in the concrete pipe casting, he has operated the hume pipe machine, also the vibration pipe machine from Hawkeye Pedershaab, and the roller suspension pipe machine from ROCALA.

 

  

       Last year, He found our company from internet. And talk with us his request for the big diameter concrete pipes. Finally they came to China visit our factory and took the Australian Concrete Pipe Standards. we designed the pipe mould according Australian standards. and all our inverter and electric motor are the good quality ones made in China. Mr. Bill ordered pipe diameter from 900mm, 1050, 1200, 1500, 1800mm and length 2440mm. we also have designed the 2440mm mould with a cast steel spacer in the middle to produce two pipes of 1220mm according to his request.

 

 

     

   With our automatic cage welding machine, concrete batching plant, concrete feeding conveyor, roller pipe machine, also the pipe mould, Crane lifting system, the following pictures will show us a perfect concrete pipe plant. we hope all these can help our other customers who are interested in the concrete pipe industries.
