Brief description-double girder overhead crane with trolley:

· Double girder overhead crane with trolley is a special indispensable lifting equipment for continuous casting and continuous hot rolling production line.

· Overhead crane for steel industry are used to lift molten steel,steel coils,steel material and so on.

· It consists of bridge, crane travelling mechanism, trolley, electric equipment and electromagnetic carrier beam. Both travelling mechanism and trolley motors are special motors for canes, large starting torque and loading capacity.

· Difficult loads, reliable and versatile handling functions, high or extremely fluctuating ambient temperatures: the harsh operating conditions in foundries demand high levels of safety and functional reliability for crane systems.

· The capacity of the crane is up to 550 ton,the span is up to 31m.

Introduction

Casting bridge cranes are the main handling equipment for smelting workshop of steel works. They are

used for conveying, pouring and hot metal in smelting process.

Construction

bridge, main crab, auxiliary crab, connecting traverse,trolley traveling mechanism and electric part.

Main beam

The trolley traveling mechanism and main electric equipment are installed in the girder. The girder's

electric panel room employs rock wool for heat insulation, and has an air cooler inside. To reduce heat

radiation of molten steel to metal structural members, a thermal baffle is set along the span direction at

the bottom of the girder.

Drive

The trolley traveling mechanism adopts four-corner drive.

Equipment

The crane is equipped with a special electric scale, and there are display devices in the cab and on the

bridge. The main hoisting mechanism is furnished with an over-speed switch.
