Cemented carbide seal valve board  as a key part of valve, is widely used in oil&gas wellhead devices to control the on&off of pipeline. as the special tough environment of oil&gas, high standard valve plate is strongly required. however,today, mostly related products are made by spraying Ni60 style alloy on matrix surface,with which has much following shortages 

1.spray welding  with  high temperature above 1000 degrees,will reduces the strength of matrix.

2.spray layer has a lower strength and thickness which affects the service time of the product

3. the particles do not combine well with spray welding

 

  Taking years hard working,we eventully invented a new high standard cemented carbide seal valve board with competely new craft. we inlayed two integraty alloy plate  on matrix by welding with hundreds degrees,which has overwhelming advantages,after our test it has over five times the service life of that Ameican cameron related product.
