Handy Permanent Magnetic Separator RCYB Series

RCYB series is suspended over conveyor belt.It is suitable for continuous-duty occasions and remove 0.1-30kg of ferromagnetic material which mixed in the raw material. This equipment has a high magnetic field intensity, no energy consumption and a long service life. It is easy to install and use without maintenance. This equipment is widely used for the iron removal from non-magnetic materials on belt conveyors, vibrating conveyors, vibrating feeders, chutes, etc.

Handy Permanent Dry Separator Main Features:

-- NdFeB magnets for magnetic source of reliable magnetic properties
-- In the depths of non-magnetic materials can absorb up 0.1-0.30kg iron
-- Core guaranteed 10 years under normal circumstances; Neverless than 5% demagnetization
-- Artificial regularly dumping iron, and is of small size, light weight, easy installation features

Appllication:

    The interior of RCYB series suspended  adopts high coercive force, high residual magnetism permanent magnet "Nd--Fe--B" materials to form complex mag netic system suitable for iron removal of non-magnetic materials on the belt conveyor, vibrating conveyor, electromagnetic vibrat- ing feeder and feeding down-spouting. To remove 0.1~35kg ferromagnetic materials  system in the interior can be used over ten years.
