This machine is designed for slitting  various fax paper, cashier paper, receipt, medical record, POS and ATM rolling papers. It adopts PLC control, human-machine interacting interface operation, frequency control, automatic expansion control and tri-roller containing type center roll method. It is also equipped with pneumatic driving paper inserting device. We can supply color line marking and bi-layer cutting and rolling device. This machine has beautiful outlook with compact structure. 3Basic Structure

3.1 Basic structure

This machine is consisted of reeling, transition, leading, slitting, exhausting, rolling and electronic controlling units.

3.1.1 The paper reeling unit is consisted of ureeling arm, reeling roller, stopper and paper shaft(can be faciliated with hydraulic automatic lifting device).

3.1.2 The transition unit is consisted of transition roller and adjustment device.

3.1.3 The leading unit is consisted of leading aluminum roller, paper press roller, pressing arm and pneumatic cylinders. The pressure between rollers can be adjusted by the cylinder.

3.1.4 Cutter unit includes the upper cutter, lower cutter and adjustment device. The position of upper circular cutter can be adjusted according to lower circular cutter freely without the necessity of dismantling.The assembly type shaft of lower circular cutter is consisted of bottom cutter and shim (assembled according to slitting width).

3.1.5 Waste edge exhausting device is consisted of blower, exhausting pipe etc. 

3.1.6 The rolling unit includes the rolling roller, cutting device, paper back(return) device, automatic paper inserting device and working platform. It adopts the tri-roller containing type center roll method; the cutting device, paper back device, automatic paper inserting device can increase the paper receiving speed, eliminate the problem of mutual sticking between slitting paper and paper tube.
