Mesh 24x110 is mainly produced by stainless steel,such as S.S304,S.S316,S.S316L,S.S904L

24X110 mesh screen is belong to dutch weave,widely used in filteration for oil,water etc.The most popular

wire diameter is 0.25x0.35mm,some customers request 0.26x0.36mm,All these request are no problem for us. Our mesh quality is controlled well at the beginning. We buy lots of raw material,because generally there are burrs on the wire,when we find somre wire is with burrs,we will get rid of it,and collect the good wire to weave the mesh.So the final screen can be in flat surface

and strong tensile strength. After the finish of weaving,our quality department will measure the size if that is confirm to customer`s request. Lastly,we package them with water-proof paper and wooden case outside.
