Working Principle:

     LWC series is the traditional Hume Concrete Pipe making machine; the most popular equipment to produce the reinforced Concrete pipes over the 20 years.

     Supporting wheels will be driven by the motor, High speed rotation will produce centrifugal acceleration; the concrete mixture will be congregated into the inner wall of mould and becomes density and solid at the function of the centrifugal force. Exhausting the extra water and air, the Concrete will form the standard quality concrete pipe.

Centrifugal Wet Spun pipe Making Machine

First, This is the earliest technology to make reinforced concrete pipes, it use the centrifugal force produced by high speed rotation of the mould. to make solid of the concrete, during the production,  Feed the wet concrete by feeding machine, and please notice to use a long stick long as the mould, to ensure that  the concrete is distributing evenly around the mould. 

Second, after finish feeding concrete usually will let the mould running at a higher speed for 3-5 mins, when seeing the inner wall looks smooth, then stop the machine. we can use gantry crane to lift up the mould to the curing tank, after steam curing for at least 3-5 hours, the mould can be taken off. then the pipe is done, if find the pipe with some little defect, workers can repair it with some concrete.  

At last, the pipes is curing by normal temperature for several hours, they can be used for culverts, drainage, bridge ...and the mould can be used for the next cycle of production.
