● Manual and automatic mutual switching function. When the machine is under the "automatic" status, the machine will

   automatically carry out continuous filling according to the set speed. When the machine is under the "manual " status, the

   operator steps on the pedal to realize the filling. If the pedal is always stepped on without realeasing, the machine will change

   into the automatic continous filling status.

● The material cylinder and tee parts adopt handcuffs type connection, which can be conveniently disassembled and assembled

   without the need of using any special tools. Therefore, the cleaning is very convenient.

● Leakage proof filling system. During the filling ,the cylinder makes upward and downward movements to drive the cosure head.

   When the head cylinder moves downwards, the closure head will move downwards, the valve will be opened and the system

   starts to fill the materials. When the cylinder moves upwards, the closure head will move upwards, the valve will be closed and

   the filling will be stopped, so that leakage and wire drawing are prevented.

These techniques can be mastered in one or two days and are taught by experienced chemical specialists, who will answer any question raised by trainees carefully and patiently. Trainees will then practice in person without restriction in time or frequency, until they have fully mastered the techniques.

3. Equipment repair

The equipment is subject to one-year free warranty and lifelong maintenance. The knowledge on equipment repair will be taught on site with the equipment instructions provided. If any problem occurs during the warranty period, you only pay for the charge of parts.

4. Agent or assistant in equipment consignment for customer:

 We have 100 logistic points throughout the country. Users may pay the freight after receiving the equipment, and for foreign users, we can help settle the formalities for customs clearance and export.
