Helpsoftware large-scale digital holder:

    Helpsoftware large-scale digital holder combines all the controlling circuit systems on one circuit board,(This technology has obtained national patent production) which makes the circuit board pluggable and starts a window on the shell for the circuit board.(This technology has received national patent protection) In case of the component failure,the maintenance is just to check and repair the circuit board through the shell window instead of removing and transferring the holder.This convenient and easy maintenance reduces difficulties and costs radically.More imporantly,the costs of single maintenance and the failure rate is just a small fraction of that of the traditional hold,which saves a large quantity of money in total,compared with the traditional one.

Traditional large-scale holder:

    There are many circuit boards in the traditional holder.So there are many electronic componets,connectors and lines naturally.This design increases the failure rate,the costs,and difficulties of maintenance.To avoid teh damage of the internal circuits artifically,the manufacturers adopt the fully enclosed design and special-shaped bolts to close the holder.(There is a open mouth just used for the code on the holder.) Once there is something wrong with the holder,the maintenance personnels have to remove the whole holder back to the factories to repair.This course needs many people to remove because of the heavy weight.All the costs of single maintenance amout to thousands of money.

2.Power consumption

Helpsoftware large-scale digital holder:

    Our holders are high-integrated,combining many circuit boards on one board.When facing low-temperature environment,they can make the boards get local heating.Besides,the power consumption of the holder is below 40W.

Traditional large-scale holder:

    There are many circuit boards in the traditional holders,which needs more power,comparing with our products.What's more,with the high demands of consumption in low-temperature circumstance,the power traditional holder is about 85W.And the costs will be much higher when it is relevant to the construction of wind energy,solar energy,and eletronic power storage system.

3.Lightning-proof function

Helpsoftware large-scale digital holder:

    This function is carried out by the lightning-proof overload protection device and the lightning-proof technology of the tower.forming the multiple safeguards inside and outside.

Traditional large-scale holder:

     The traditional holders rely on the lightning-proof boxes and devices,because they are lack of teh function themselves.However,the complex installation of the lightning-proof makes it hard to install.If it is installed improperly,the holder will work under the unprotected comdition,increasing the failure rate of lightning strikes.

4.Network management

Helpsoftware large-scale digital holder:

    The central processing unit on the controlling circuit monitors the functional modules and sends process parameter back to the surveillance center through the standard communication protocol.The maintenance personnels can check the devices in surveillance center,realizing the long-range network management.
