1. All the equipment production is calculated according to the domestic egg tray of 0.1kg.

2. Equipments of 3-8 type,5-8 type have to be made by order.

3. The total power can be adjusted according to the customers' requirements.

5. Drying equipments employ traditional conveyor belt for drying and can employ iron belt or that with several layers as your request.

2.Molding System

Molding equipment total has 8 molding templates, Templates size: 1470x470mm, Every template have 4 pcs thirty-egg tray mould, Total 32pcs, Molding efficiency is 15-26cycle/min.

3.Drying System-traditional drying room

Overall dimension: 45m×3.5m×1.4m

Energy: coal/ dry wood/ LPG/GAS/COAL/Diesel oil,etc.

4.Packing System

Auto-counting and packing after product Drying, convenient for store and transport.  

5. Auxiliary equipment

Vacuum 45kw, one set +10kw; Air compressor: 7.5kw, one set; air storage tank

Production line

1.Capacity: 4000-5000pieces/hour (For thirty cell egg tray)Note:It can produce 7000pieces/hour according to custom's require.

2.Production line

Overall dimension: length≥55m,width≥15m, workshop: length≥10m, width≥8m, height≥3.5m, the finished products room must be greater or equal to 150m2

3. Production line total power: 80-110kw (According to the equipment of customer choice)

4. Production line worker total 4-6 persons.

5. This production line is configured by 30-eggs tray as standard, if it is used to produce egg carton, fruit tray, coffee tray, etc, it needs auxiliary equipment, like hot press machine, sticker, or printing machine etc. Corresponding area, total power, worker quantity must be increased.

6. The water is recycled, but because it was waste water from beginning, it became dirty when it recycled several times, it needs to be changed. For water lacked area, it can install sewage disposal system for saving water cost.
