Description of the flip off cap inspection machine:

1.This machine can automatically feed,transfer and inspect the flip off seals and reject the defective seals.The qualified seals will be automatically counted.When the count reaches the preset number,it switches the inspected seals into another carton automatically

 2.The inspection machine can reject the following defective situations

3)Different height of the flip off seals;

4)Different logo of the flip off seals;

5)Pollution of the flip off seals;

6)Absent of aluminum part or plastic part;
