Product Introduction

Cylindrical filter element also named sintered cylindrical filter is made from five layers sintered wire cloth, which include protective layer, control layer dispersion layer and two reinforcing mesh. The multi-layers sintered wire mesh are overlapped together before they are sintered in a vacuum sintering furnace. Then the sintered wire mesh is rolled into a cylindrical with components for two ends welded together. They can be produced into different shapes such as circular, cartridge, cone, pleats. Its filtration ration ranges from 0.5 micron to 200 micron.

  • Working Temperature: -200 - 600°C.
  • Working Pressure of Sintered Filter Cartridge: 3Mpa.
  • Main Connector Connections: Standard connector, snap coupling, thread connection, flange connection, rod connection, special customization.
  • Package: with bubble wrapping paper, packaged in wooden boxes or according client's requirement.
