I. Summary
High-frequency welded pipe production line is the special equipment
providing longitudinally welded pipe and cold formed steel for industries such as
metallurgy, construction, transportation, machinery, vehicles and so on.
Used traditional moulding technology to produce round pipe, and round to square
technology to produce square and rectangle pipe.
Taking cold or hot-rolled steel as raw materials, through cold-formed and
high-frequency welding method to produce the suitable round tube.
Material of the coil: low carbon steel (σb≤450Mpa,σs≤350Mpa.)

Feeding Strip→Uncoiler→Peeler→Five roll Flattening→Shear and End Welder→
Spiral Horizontal Accumulator→Forming Section→High-frequency Induction
Welding→Removing External Burr→Polishing Roller→Water Cooling→Sizing
Section→Friction Cutting Saw→Pull out roller table
