3.       Operation principle

Conveyor belt will put needed cleaning bottles into the bottle screw , due to the bottle inputting screw and star wheel catch plate are continuously operating in-phase which will synchronously convey the needed cleaning bottles to the center transferring manipulator , and the manipulator along with the rotary table are spraying and washing the needed cleaning bottles , it will revert into the start-off state after compeleted , then the bottle outputting star wheel catch plate makes the cleaned bottle out , so the whole process is completed .
