WJPS350 Shaftless Offset (Alcohol Dampening) Intermittent Rotary Label Printing Machine is a perfect combination of Japanese Hamada technology and intermittent rotary, vacuum conveying system of our company. Through close cooperation with Japanese engineer, our machine has been able to be the leading level, in domestic or even in the world, on water, ink pressure balancing so that to make the machine stable in color printing as well as endurance. Compared with other producer in China our machine are more stable in paper conveying due to special designed unwinding and rewinding system; less wastage for first start-generally 20-30 meters depends on the skill of the operator but no longer than 40 meters, easy for operation- training time generally 5 working days; and with wider range for material production-0.05 to 0.55mm in thickness..
a) Electric Control System: The main control unit adopts imported electric components, together with CPU via DOS system to control the servo motors, which ensures the machine, high responding, accurate towing, easy operating and safe running.
b) Shaftless Driving: The six color machine uses 14 big capacity servomotors to guarantee high speed and accurate running and not trouble in printing roller change.

c) Registration System: Once printing length is input at the main control unit, every unit will move automatically to the preset position. Each unit is controlled individually by a motor for lateral and longitudinal registration. With the direct of CCD image, the remote registration is enabled without stopping machine production (Remote control system is an option for this machine and need to be charged if it is asked by the client).

d) Unwinding and Rewinding Parts: The unwinding and rewinding parts adopts pneumatic shaft with gravity roller to allow varies material- paper and film to go smoothly as well as helping the tension control of the machine. On unwinding parts there is web-guide and paper lacking detector. On rewinding part, film lamination and waste off device can be equipped.

e) Printing Unit: it uses advanced US ink supplying system to ensure the shinning of the print. China's first low-speed differential water supply system, effectively ensuring the high, low speed of the ink-water balance and color stability; water bridge ink roller by a version in the first ink roller to achieve the unity of the classic structure of the ink to reach the pre-equilibrium, significantly reduce paper waste; pioneered use of floating roller, effectively prevents the ink bars and ghost. The ink line is made up of 18 ink rollers and 5dampening rollers (Alcohol System). Both film and paper can be printed in this machine.

f) UV Unit: The UV Unit adopts UV light to ensure a fast dry and shining printing result.

g) Lubricating System: Automatically cycling oil-supply system together with self-lubricate bearings ensures the accuracy and service life of the machine.

h) The computer controlled automatic and manual plate mounting and dismounting system shortened the plate changing time and increases the safety level of the machine. ( Plate changing for 6 color only needs 6 minutes)
i) The Japanese origin SMC Pneumatic clutch pressure control system ensures smooth and accurate running of the machine; two way clutch, makes the PS plate and the water blanket fully pre-inked and then be pressed which greatly reduces the pre-print paper wastage.
j) 7 o'clock arrangement in the host rollers successfully avoids the impact of the printing drum to the prints.
k) Plate and print pressure adopts world most advanced Japan Fujikoshi double four-row tapered three-points suspension bearing and two-way clutch which makes the PS plate and the transfer blanket pre-inked fully to reduce the printing wastage.

l) Pressing roller uses preload, four -line Japanese original P5 level printer-specific tapered roller bearings with radial clearance and beat almost to zero, to ensure stable printing pressure, outlets clearance.
m) The machine adopts thermostatic alcohol dampening units to ensure the brightness of the print.
