We supply machineable ceramic,which can be machined with ordinary steel or carbide tools in the process of turning, milling, grinding, drilling, drilling and tapping.  Machining accuracy up to 0.1, surface roughness up to Ra1.6.

 

Application: aviation, aerospace, electronics substrates, high temperature insulation frame, ion plating, vacuum coating, ion microscopy, ion accelerator, laser and medical equipment

 

Main properties: machineable by ordinary tooing, zero porosity, high thermal shock resistance, good in insulation, acid and alkali resistance.
