Structure descriptions

 

This machine is mainly composed of screen box,frame,screen mesh,vibration motor,motor base,damping spring,scaffold,etc.

1.Screen box: By a number of different thickness plates welded together,have a certain strength and  stiffness,is the main part of the screen.

2.Frame: Made of pine or smaller deformation of wood and mainly used to maintain smooth,achieve normal screening.

3.Screen mesh: Several kinds of screen mesh,for example,mild steel,brass,bronze,stainless steel wire,etc.

4.Vibration motor:(the use and maintenance method as shown in the vibration motor operating instructions).

5.Motor base: Before installing vibration motor, using connection screws must be tightened.Especially the new screen,three days before the trial must be repeated fastening,loose lest cause an accident.

6.Damping spring: To prevent vibration to the ground,at the same time support the full weight of screen box.When installation,the spring must be vertical with the ground.

7.Scaffold: Is composed of four pillars and two channels,support the screen box,pillar when installation must be vertical with the ground,under the two pillars of channel steel should be parallel to each other.
