The spindle powered by Mitsubishi AC servo motor. Rigid and precise spindle supported by ultra-accurate bevel ball bearing (P-4 grade),can bear the strong axial and rotational force. At the spindle nose and the moment of tools changing, stressed air-flow remove the chips,water,oil&gas away effectively to make the spindle clean and using life prolonged.

 

All X/Y/Z axes use linear guideways and C-3 grade ballscrew (Dia-32/25mm),prestretching appropriately at the assembly procedure,and used high precise laser measuring instrument to make compensation to backlashes and pitches. The drive unit uses Japanese brand AC servo motors.
