1.Explanation

This kind of workshop exhaust fans can transport harmful gas,can be mounted to be a part of the pipe in the middle of the pipe,and it can be used in chemical system ,Paper making industry ,and other gas with the temperature below 60°c.The axial fans can be devided into 5 types according to the impeller diameter .The blade can be 4 and 6 pieces,mounting by 15°c,20°c,25°c,30°c.

2.Fearures

Motor mounted on the upper hairdryer,there is an adjustable motor base plate to support motor, and transmission mode by the belt is appropriate to adjust the pitch. The fans can be used to transport wet gas and harmful gas that may harm the motor.The idea of reducing rpm can be used to change the airflow and the function of fans.

3.Mounting and Maintenance

1.When fixing the scew bolts on the junction surfaces,if there are positioning pins,fix the Positioning pins first ,then the screw blots.

2.Check the inside of the chasssis and other cases to make sure that no tools and other substances are left in it

3.The operating temperature of the bearing can not exteed 65 °c,and if there is special noise when working with servese shocking,the fans should be stopped immediately.
