Advantages

Type G4-73 and Y4-73 fans are mainly used in steam boiler of the thermal power plant. G4-73 can also be used in mines for general ventilation. G4-73 is ventilation fan. The medium is air and the max temperature must be below 80℃; While Y4-73 is induced fan and the medium is gas or smoke and the top temperature can not exceed 250℃. A dust collection device should be mounted in front of the draught fan to reduce the dust that may enter the fan.

Structure

(1) Impeller:

Fan blades for 12 piece,before bending type.Impeller fiffuser rim around the top line speed is less than 140 m/s.After molding,the impeller through the dynamic and static balance correction and overdrive test,so the stabe running and reliable.

(2) Case:

With ordinary steel plate welded into a whole worm shell.

(3) Air inlet:

Make constriction type streamline the oveall structure,bolted on the front cover.

(4) Transmission Parts :

Include main shaft, bearing housing, belt or coupling and so on.

(5) Motor: motor brands can according customers' requirments.

(6) Accessory: Adjusting door, Silencer,Absorber

The requirements of insallation:

(1) Install the fan according to the positiong and size indicated in the fifure.Pay a special attention to the dimension of the gap between the inlet and centrifugal impeller to get high efficiency.

(2) Make sure that the spidle is in horizontal position.Measure the concentricity of the spindle and motor axle.

(3) When to install the adjusting valve,do not put it reversely .Keep the inlet direction in step with the running direction of centrifugal impellers.

(4) After the installion,move the rotor with hand or a lvver to check whether the motor is too tight or bump the fixed part.

(5) Do not put any weight on the fan chasssis when to install the pipes and outlet of the fan.

(6) Examine thoroughtly to see whether it meets the requirements after installed,then carry on the testing.
