Part one: Brief introduction of carbonization furnace
This carbonization furnace is mainly used for carbonizing sawdust, rice husk, peanut shell, straw, wood chips and
grinded coconut shell, etc.
The raw material size should be less than 15mm;
Diameter of inside pipes: 377mm;
Length of inside pipes: 5500mm;
This machine is continuous getting charcoal and feeding raw material at the same time. it with high efficiency and

Part four: Production line details of carbonization furnace
A. Gasfier equipment
Gasfier equipment can produce gas by heating sawdust, wood wastes and coal. The produced gas will be used for
heating the raw material inside the carbonization stove untill the raw material can spontaneous combustion.
B. Dust removal device
After the raw material burning, it has much dust in the gas. The dust removal device will remove the dust by the
recycling water.
C. Condenser
Some hot-burning gas will soluble in water, you will get clean gas for heating, also will not pollute the environment.
D.screw conveyor
It will transport the raw material to the carbonization stove. The feeding speed is adjustable according to your raw
material moisture. The working life for the screw conveyor is 7 years.
E.Charcoal machine
It can carbonize the raw material to charcoal directly. The capacity for charcoal can be 500Kg/h and 700Kg/h.
F. Cooling and charcoal discharge
Cooling discharging machine will cool the charcoal when discharging. When the charcoal comes out, the
temperature will be about 20-30 degree.
G. Automatic control cabinet
To control the whole system. It is very easy to operate.
