Part one: Product description-Wood pellet machine
Vertical ring die pellet machine is suitable to press sawdust, rice husk, cotton stalk, bamboo, wood log, wood
branch, peanut shell, coconut shell, wheat straw, corn waste, cottonseed skins, weeds, crops stalks and other
plant wastes, biomass, sawdust pellet with all kinds of sawdust, rice husk, paddy straw, sunflower stalk, hulls,
forestry wastes, wood chips, chemical waste and many other wastes or solid powder materials, especially
low-bonding and unformed materials.
Moisture of raw material is less than the national standard of 15%. If not, the raw material must be dried by
airflow dryer or rotary dryer.
Size of raw material is less than 5mm. If not, the raw material must be crushed first and then process.
Part two: Features-Wood pellet machine
1. Vertical feeding, easy for heat dissipation.
2. Die without moving, clamping roller rotating, material centrifugal, even distribution.
3. This mold with static vertical installation, the machine is easy to be fixed and operate smoothly.
4. The roller ration to make the material generate centrifugal force and distribute evenly.
5. The mold with two layers, both sides can be used. It has reduced the cost and increase the efficiency.
6. The reducer used the siemens reducer.
7. Automatic lubrication system.
