1. Overview

SDLB-9FII series leakage relay was invested to resolve the prior similar  rudimentary products which has single function, especially could not protect the overload in distribution. It also solved the problem of  lacking display on the distribution box. It has the fuction of leakage protection, auto reclosing and overcurrent protection, can displaies the value of three-phase load current, voltage, leakage current and so on.

It has been recognized as the national Torch Program projects in China, and be widely used in the project of "Smart Gird" in the State Grid at China.

It conforms with the standards of IEC61009 and GB14048.2-2008.

2. Application

This relay and combined with AC contactor or circuit breaker could be combined into a set of current leakage protector. SDLB-9FII series leakage relay is applicable to a line of AC 50Hz/60Hz, rated voltage 380/220V for neutral-point direct grounding low voltage distribution system. It can protect the line from ground fault. It can also be used for indirect protect people from potentially deadly electrical shock hazards.

3. Main Function

● Transformer protection(enable with current transformer) and auto reclosing

● RS-485 communication interface was designed to make the system capable of net communication

● Manual adjustment of residual operating current value, or self-regulate the residual operating current value  as the line leakage

● Query-able for all previous tripping time, fault current

● Account the data of maximum load current per month,  the data will be stored safely for 12 months(enable with current transformer)

● Adjust the overload protection value as the capacity of distribution transformer or the actual load (enable with current transformer)

● Account the times of trip(previous, current month and total)

● Digital display the value of three-phase currents(enable with current transformer), voltage(Optional), leakage current

● Be able to identify and separate surge leakage current(Optional)
