Use and Maintenance Manual for DC Traction Motor
Ⅰ. The motor is applicable to various electric vehicles with storage battery powered, such as electric motor,forklift, loader, stacking truck, motorcycle and other electric motors used for walking.
1. Application environment:
a: Altitude is not more than 1200 M.
b: The ambient temperature is no more than 40 ℃, and the minimum is no less than -25 ℃.
c: The relative humidity is up to 100%, and condensation forms on the surface of the motor.
2. To meet many operation conditions under which vehicles start with overload, climb with full load and run at high speed on flat roads, all will be achieved not relying on mechanical speed regulation.
Ⅱ.Structure of Motor
1. The motor is a series excited DC motor, mainly comprising a stator, rotor, brush cover and drive cover and other components.
2. The motor is divided into the fully open and closed types and others. The fully closed type can prevent foreign body, dust and water and other substances from entering, and the commutator and electric brush of the open type can be more easily maintained and replaced.
3. The wire and commutator of the armature are welded by TIG, and are connected reliably and can be applicable to various harsh working environments.
