Part one: Brief  introduction of  wood charcoal making machine
This machine is the main equipment to use sawdust, straw, leaves, bark, rice husk, scraps of furniture factory,
sawdust, bamboo sawdust, peanut shells and corn COB. and other agricultural wastes. ( Without adding any
additives) Under high pressure to make it into hollow rod solid charcoal fuel( mechanism charcoal). 

Our wood charcoal  making machine adopts high temperature indicator, it can operate steady under setting
temperature. It has the features of reasonable structure, simple operation and maintenance, etc. The solid fuel
made by this machine can be burn very easily. It with high calorific value( Compared with general timber, it has
increased more than 20%). 

Part two: Features of  wood charcoal making machine

Part three: Production process for wood charcoal making machine
1.Crushing the wood log, wood branch, coconut shell, peanut shell, rice husk, sunflower husk, and other biomass
material into the size less than 5mm;
2. Dry the crushed materials to 8-12%.( If the less below 12%, no need to use the dryer.)
3. Pressing raw material into briquette. 
During this process, no binder needs to be used. So the output briquette is a type of clean and green fuel that is
ideal for use in furnaces, boilers and home heating, etc.
4. Put the raw charcoal bar into the carbonization furnace to convert it into mechanism charcoal.
