1. Application range of HZS Concrete Batch Plant
The HZS series of concrete batching plant is a new generation mixing equipment whose development and research absorbing both our experience in this field and the advanced technology from domestic and overseas. The concrete batching plant applies to many kinds of ready-mix concrete production which is widely used in some projects and fields such as: commercial ready-mixed concrete, hydropower station, electricity plant, railway, highway, tunnel, bridge, airport and construction sites. The characteristics are as following: modular design, twin-shaft mixer, WINDOWS working platform, world-famous brand for main components. To reach the environmental-friendly requirements, the powdery material will be conveyed in the sealed condition.

2. Main features and advantages of HZS Concrete Batch Plant
a.  HZS Concrete Batch Plant uses JS mixer, which is efficient and reliable.
b.  It adopts loader 50 for high feeding efficiency.
c.  The concrete plant employs industrial computer (PLC automatic control) and imported electronic weighing machine to ensure measuring accuracy.
d.  type belt conveyer is used for high efficiency.
e.  With small dust, low noise and little pollution, this batch plant meets the related environmental standards.
f.  For better concrete, microwave hygrometer can be used to accurately measure the water content upon request.

3.  The installation method and steps of HZS Concrete Batch Plant
After the foundations has been done and maintained for a period, the structure installation gets started. The whole assembly procedure is from bottom to top, also operating in coordination with the mechanical parts. The exact process is as follows:
a.  Lift the studs separately, find the centerline and connect with the bolts, then fasten them.
b. Assemble the mixing platform to the whole structure on ground. Connect the discharge hopper and mixing platform, the studs and mixing platform, check the positions of every parts to guarantee no mistakes. Then fasten them with the bolts.
c.  Lift and assemble the ladder and platform (Standard Height 6.00m)
d.  After the mixing platform is ready, the lifting and assembling of mixer gets started.
e.  Connect the rods as per the serial number, ensure the dimension tolerance coming to the standard, then fasten them.
f.  Assemble the weighing platform to the whole structure on ground. Lift and install the weighing platform. Check the dimension tolerance fits in with the standard, then fasten them. When everything is ready, hoist the mechanism parts and electrical appliance to the platform.
g.  Assemble the feed-in parts on ground separately, then hoist and fasten them to the weighing platform. After that lift and install the roof structure.
h.  Install the transverse and vertical bracing of periphery structure, then fasten them with the bolts. Also assemble the periphery plate from bottom to top one by one.
i.  Assemble the operating room structure and set up the electrical appliance on ground ahead of time. Then lift and fix the operating room on the platform.
j.  Install the support leg of the aggregate bins firstly, then connect them and install the weighing equipments.
k.  Install the support rolls, belts, cleaner and other mechanism parts on the conveyor structure ahead of time.
l.  The installation method is the same for both powder(cement, ash fly) and the above mentioned. The sequence is structure, powder bins, ladder, cleaner and other mechanism parts.
m.  According to the drawing, assemble the water pipes, additives pipes and air compressor pipes.
