Part two: Working principle of oil press machine

1.Prepare raw materials.

2. Adjust the machine, i.e. checking electricity, beginning heating (if it is cold pressing,heating is not needed.)

3. Open the machine, put seeds into the flow box.

4. Seeds flow into the screw bolt, the pressing begins.

5.The crude oil is out of the squeezing bolt, flowing through the board into the vacuum filter for filtration.

6.The oil flow out from the bottom of pipe and the pressing is finished. 

Part three: Advantages of oil press machine 
1. Can be used for both hot press and cold press. 
2. High oil yield and good condition oil cake.
3. High purity edible oil. As equipped with two vacuum oil tanks to filter pressed oil, the finished oil is of high purity.
4. The wear parts such as the pressing rings, worms are made of the carbon steel which is under the process of
heat pretreatment, making them very durable.
5. Safety and convenience. The whole process is controlled by electric cabinet, making it more safe and easy to
operate.
