Part one: Brief introduction of sawdust briquette machine

Part three: Production process for sawdust briquette machine
1. Crushing the wood log, wood branch, coconut shell, peanut shell, rice husk, sunflower husk, and other biomass
material into the size less than 5mm;
2. Dry the crushed materials to 8-12%.( If the less below 12%, no need to use the dryer.)
3. Pressing raw material into briquette.
During this process, no binder needs to be used. So the output briquette is a type of clean and green fuel that is ideal for
use in furnaces, boilers and house heating.
4. Put the raw charcoal bar into the carbonization furnace to convert it into mechanism charcoal.
