1. Introduction of sawdust dryer
Our air flow dryer for wood sawdust is suitable for drying materials like sawdust, rice hull, wood chips, wood
shaving, wheat straw, and corn stalks, paddy straw etc
2. Feature of sawdust dryer

3. Working principle of sawdust dryer
Wet materials are put into the hopper, the fuel boiler generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and thn is
sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower quickly. And then hot air is flowing and going thought the curving pipes
and buffer(drying chamber)of dryer, thus wet materials is finished to dry, and the dried materialsare expelled out
by the exhaust bower(fan).
4. Operating rules of sawdust dryer
1)After installation, start the blower, check the direction it runs and see if the suction at the material inlet is normal.
2)Tie up a bag whose both ends are open around the outlet of the dust catcher.
3)Feed thematerial to be dried to the hopper, remove large grain in the material before drying, which will benefit
drying speed.
4)Put fuel into the furnace and light it, start the blower. When the air temperature at the outlet of th blower get to
100C, begining feeding and drying.
5)Large piece of the material at dregs-outlet must be removed, which is favourable to feeding.
