Usage range:
1, Jaw crusher is mainly used in metallurgy, mining, chemical, cement, construction, refractory materials and ceramic industry for crushing and fine crushing all kinds of medium-hard and hardrocks and ores.
  2, Jaw crusher is suitable for crushing all kinds of soft and hard ore with the compressive strength less than 300MPa (Zhao Pa). The crushed materials shall not be greater than the maximum block size as the technical parameters specified. This series of crusher working methods is curved extrusion.

Jaw Crusher Working Principle:

The belt and pulley driven by the motor, make the moving jaw moves up and down through the eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the elbow plate and the movablejaw become larger, which pushes the movable jaw plate close to the fixed jaw plate. At the same time, the material is crushed or split pieces so to meet the crushing purposes. When the movable jaw comes down, the angle between elbow plate and the movable jaw angle becomes smaller,under the affection of a spring and the tie rod, the movable jaw leaves the fixed jaw plate, and then the cracked materials discnarge from the crushing cavity outlet. With the continuous rotation of the motor and the crusher jaw make periodic motion crush and discharge material,  achieve batch production. The movable jaw is directly hung on the eccentric shaft, connecting rod as a crank connecting rod mechanism, driven directly by the eccentricity of the eccentric shaft, the movable hinged jaw with thrust plate support to the rear wall of the frame. When the eccentric shaft rotates, the movable jaw motion locus of every point is composed of a circle line suspension point (radius is equal to the eccentricity), downward gradually become more oval, oval to lower, more partial, until the lower part and the thrust plate connection point trajectory is a circular arc line. Because of the Complex with this machinery in the movable jaw motion locus of every point, it also  called complex swing type jaw crusher.
