1.Unwinding Section

 This unwinding section adopts single-axis unwinding method. 

1.1 Single axis unwinding frame: dryer bin type.

1.2 Diameter of flatulence axis :∮74mm

1.3 Brake is the magnetic powder brake

1.4 Max. Diameter of unwinding: ∮1200mm

1.5 There is automatic error correction device controlling the position of basal at the unwinding section,

 the distance of moving toward left or right is ±50mm,the accuracy of correction is ±1mm.  

1.6 Two tension sensors are set in unwinding section, which can realize automatically continuous    stable tension control through PLC programmable controller.
