 melt pump control system
  The control system consists of melt pump control system of PID and PLC.
PID digital instrument: closed loop control system using PID digital instrument and variable frequency control mode. Temperature control system module, pressure control module and flow control module, can realize automatic control of temperature, pressure, speed, the melt pump outlet pressure value changes to achieve the automatic adjustment of the engine speed, simple operation, to balance the effect of extrusion.
  PLC control system: adopts PLC programmable control system model, to the advanced touch screen as man-machine interface, can realize automatic control of temperature, pressure, flow rate and rotating speed, automatic adjustment of the engine speed, better realization of melt pump pressure increasing and stabilizing function, improve the control precision and stability, to achieve a balanced linear extrusion, to operate.
