FBJ-505E rough trimming edge bander
FBJ-505E is an automatic edge bander with flat kinfe rough trim function.
The rough trim kinfe original from Germany with speed of 12000r/min,stable and durable.The edge band work will be Finished by two high-speed high
frequency motor and independent variable frequency drive.
The flat kinfe rough trim function is mainly aimed at more than 2mm thickness edge banding tape and especially to the popular acrylic material tape.

FBJ-505E is specially used for arcylic edge banding tape working, its rough trimming function ensure the perfet effect for the applied edge.

Adoption of Frequency division drive on End Trimming process and Scraping processseperately,provides high speed on End trimming at 12000rpm/min and Fine trimming speed at 18000rpm/min, which advanced than other suppliers. We also use the double guild rails on End Trimming process to ensure the stability.

Rough trimming function especiall work for 2mm thickness edge band tape in acrylic material. Utility of high-speed flat trimming knife will ensure best trimming effect.

Gluing system could be adjusted to front or back to handle well for uneven panel edge.
