HE MAIN FEATURES OF THIS SYSTEM

*This kind of furnace is suitable for customers that apply electroytic aluminum as their raw material; 

* Utilizing full-automatic burner,two stage air -furel mixing technology, adjustable flame length,wide adjustment range, no flameout,more stable; 

*Burner blower equipped with frequency inverter, accompanied with proportional control value which facilitate the adjustable air-fuel ratio and also increase the combustion efficeency; 

*The furnace applies interlocked safety system: when the door opens, the flame extinguishes automatically and the combustion air valve closes which ensures the safety of operators; 

*The high-power burners use two stage ignition technology. During initialized ignition, ignite secondary flame through the bypass popeline. And increase the firepower gradually. Such procedure could improve the successful rate of ignition; 

*Sweeping the furnace chamber before ignition can prevent deflagration when ignition; Installing ultraviolet ray flame detector. It will cut off the gas supply automatically when the pilot flame extinguish; 

*When gas pressure is lower than the lower limit, the system would alarm and cut off the gas supply; 

* Automatic detection system is installed in the gas pipelines to ensure the alarm is timely when the gas leak;

* Furnace uses close-loop pressure control. The furnace is installed with differential pressure transmitter, and the flue is equipped with the rotary damper which could adjust the furnace pressure at an appropriate value to ensure that the furnace's tiny positive pressure.
