Alumina ceramic cone shaped tubes

Hydrocyclone is a main spearation equipment of dense medium coal preparation which is widely applied for high order to reduce down time,maintenance frequency and increase efficiency,the requirements on wear resistance of main parts like feeding guide cylinder,cone and underflow is more and more higher.

When cyclone is at work,the high-speed revolution of material generates great centrifugal force,the inwall of cyclone is eroded and worn severely.One piece alumina oxide ceramic cone tube is used as wear resistant lining in cyclone for its high hardness,strength,abrasion resistance and economic practicality.

Applicaion: Mining classifying,Concentrate cyclone,Coal spearation,Classifying cyclone and Environmental protection cyclone.

Wear is fast when the pipelines are conveying pointed materials(ash,coal powder,mine flavor powder,tailings,cement etc).Especially for elbows.Without any protection,pipeline corroded will be quickly worn out when inside material include strong corrosive gas,fluid and solid.Some pipelines mounted on the bracket in the air are inconvenient for maintenance,once worn through,will seriously influence safe operation.

Integrated wear resistant ceramic bend can effectively solve this problem.

Application: Wear resistant elbow of pulverized coal.
