Room body system

Selects the high quality color steel polystyrene board, insulation board 

thickness of 50 mm,single-layer color plate thickness of 0.32 mm,foam 

density of 10 kg/m3, the top adopt 0.6mm galvanized plate fastening, 

the top frame using 40 * 80 square tube welding, strong and safe.

Entrance door and

3-Folded entrance door with safety glass window,cover with aluminium 

alloy edge,the external latch and plating flipping round steel bolt.Seams 

are filled with sealing joint strip,ensure sealing effect.A security door, 

equipped with safety pressure lock device.

Heating system

Using carbon fiber far infrared electric heating tube as the heat source,

total power of 24KW,1 kw/group;three channel control, each channel is 

8 kw,respectively the workpieces on the left, right and the rear of the 

bake paint.

Air bellow

Size: 2000x1000 mm;framework with 40x40 mm galvanized square pipe 

welding,the galvanized plate with outer skin,overall is elegant appearance,

separated from the room body 100 mm,prevent produce resonance with 

room body.

structure, small volume,large air flow, small vibration, low noise.Equipped 

with 2 sets of 3 kw full pressure fan,a single air volume is 10000 m3 / h,
