    Prefab house can be applied to  offices, command posts, dormitories, meeting rooms, warehouses, shops, additional storey of building roof and various makeshift houses in the fields of building, railways, highways, water conservancy projects, electric power, oil, businesses, tourism and military use.

(1)House Area = House Length X House Width X Floor Number   
(2)Awning Area= House Length X 1/2 X  Awning Width     
(3)Stair Area = 4.5 sqm X Number of Stair (StraightStair)    
(4)Corridor Area = House Length X Corridor Width    
Total Area = (1) + (2) + (3) + (4)
 
K Type:
(length+0.16m)×(width+0.16m)×storey + corridor projected area + canopy projected area/2 + stair projected area.
So,the area as the attached picture(3K*10K*6P*1D)shows is:
(3*1.82m+0.16m)*(10*1.82m+0.16m)*2+(10*1.82m+0.16m) *1+ (10*1.82m+0.16m)/2+ 4.5*2=242.91Square metre

How to buy your idea products?
A: You can provide us your drawing of prefab house , and we will produce as your drawings.
How to pay?
A: TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated. 30% deposit before the producing of movable house, 70% balance before loading by TT.
What is the delivery time?
A: It depends on order quantities. Generally speaking, the delivery time will be within 15 to 30 days.
How to pack the products?
A: Our standard package is non-packed. If you have special package requirements, we will pack as required, but the fees will be paid by customers.
How to install after the goods arriving destination?
A: We will provide detailed illustrations to you. If it is necessary, we will send technicians to help you. However, the visa fee, air tickets, accommodation, wages will be paid by buyers.
