Nowadays people still manually rivet the grommet of large poster cloth. This operation has many disadvantages:

1.unsolid joint between grommets and cloth;

2.more punctures and easy cut ropes off;

3.iron sheeting is easily rusted.

Meanwhile, manually punching is slow, laborious, unefficient and low quality.

Brightness automatic grommet machine is designed for solving the above problems. It can quickly move and punch a long the cloth edge. The speed is about 1800pcs grommets per hour. The grommets are solid, no punctures and nice. The sheeting is corrosion prevention since it adopts engineering plastic design. Breakdown maintenance:

1.If the hopper stops operating when the feed canal is not full, pls hold and turn around the hopper;

2.If the feed canal is vacancy, pls check the canal and get rid of the miscellaneous articles;

3.If the punch doesn't return to original position after press red button, pls hold the cloth near the punch and pull it, the punch can spring.

4.If the machine doesn't punch but has the sounds of punching after press red button; if the release button on the top doesn't work, pls use a small clamp to push the upper grommets to the right position.

5.If the punch doesn't return to original position after punching and produces grating noised, pls press yellow button quickly, because there is sth wrong with the sensor; turn off the power and contact the factory to maintain it if the punch still doesn't return to original position after press yellow button.

6.If the machine doesn't send grommets after press green button; or the red light is off and no alarm; or it continousely send grommets after press green button; or it automatically reture to the original position without punching after press red button; these problem due to the fact that the microcomputer is disturbed by outside factors. In ths case you should turn off the power for one min and open it again.

Causions:

1.It's forbidden to put hands under the punch after power on, especially when the red light turns on and alarms; other objects are also could not be under the punch to prevent damaging the machine;

2.It's strictly prohibited that turn on the red punching button when there are no cloth and no fasteners under the punch, otherwise it will damage the parts of the punch;

3.When the dust get into the intake flow, it will affects normal performance, so should keep machine clean and dustproof; unplug the machine and cover it by dustproof cloth, which cab expanded service life If there is any discrepancy between description of the machine and the picture, it is subject to the physical article.
