materials) into certain density stick shape briquettes (round, rectangular, hexagonal, plum-flower, triangular etc.) with or without
hole in the middle.

A. The requirements of feeding materials:

1. The inlet particle size of materials must be less than 3mm.
2. We have to add suitable binder for some kind of materials for shaping easily.
3. The moisture of materials must be moderate, and the water content usually is 12%-15%.

B. The final briquettes of coal rod extrusion machine:

1. The outlet shapes can be round, rectangular, hexagonal, plum-flower, triangular etc.

2. With our special binder, the outlet briquettes are of high density, esay shaping, smokeless, easy fire, long burning, etc.
