Dry powder ball press machine is also known as dry powder briquetting press machine, which can be used to suppress dry powder
material like iron powder, aluminum, iron, tin oxide, carbon powder, coal powder, slag, gypsum, tailings, sludge, kaolin, activated
carbon and other powder materials which contain low wate content or no water.

etc, which improves waste utilization rate and has both good economic and social benefits.

 Working Principle:

 1. Through reducer, charcoal ball machine simultaneously transmitted the power to two pressure rollers and made them rotated
    in opposite directions.

 2. In two pressure rollers rotation, materials naturally enter into the ball molds on pressure roller and materials pressure vary from
    small to large with the rotation of the pressure        roller.
    3. When the material is rotated to two rollers line contact points, materials pressure has reached a peak.
    4. Under enormous pressure, the powder materials are suppressed into finished ball.
