GEMP(Ground Environment Multifunctional Plastics) is a kind of FRP epoxy flooring with structure of four layers, from the top to the bottom they are wear-resisting layer, decorative layer, fiber reinforced layer and base layer. It has excellent wear resistance, excellent chemical resistance, excellent stain resistance, excellent overall structure, long life of 10-15 years, small volatile harmful gases, small affecting production and low maintenance rate.

Structure:
Functional layer (Wear-resisting): Based on transparent reinforced resin. They are anti-friction, anti-corrosion, high insulation, anti-microbial type according to different formula system and different industrial environment requirement. They are light type, matte type and texture type based on surface treatment.Decorative layer: Imported high temperature pastes and modified epoxy resin system are adopted. So the color is permanent. Thin-film transfer technologies and hot roller technology make surface colors pattern enrich, which make flooring highly decorative.

Fiberglass Reinforced layer: FRP Epoxy Flooring reinforced layer is made of fiberglass fabric composite and elastomeric modified epoxy resin, which make it possible to resist impact, tensile and bending.

Base layer: The water-repellent resin system is used, which has a good elasticity and ductility and doesn't hydrolyze. The good resistance to water and adhesiveness to floor enhances its cohesion with floor.

The Process of Paving: 
Preparation → primary ground testing → process&cleaning → brush corresponding interfacial treatment agent → scrape quartz sand → epoxy resin mortar(floating coat) self leveling construction(the method of operation is detailed in the enclosure) → fine pllished, clearing → lofting cuting, advance paving → scrape glue → paving → venting compress → patch&cut → slotting → caulking → cleaning
