Brief introduction

 This overhead crane can also replace common double girder overhead crane, used in light textile industry and food industry manufacturing workshop. The overhead crane's work type is light and middle grade. Working environment temperature is -25~40 degree, forbidden to use in flammable, explosive and corrosive environment. The capacity of 5 tons to 32 tons. The span is 7.5-22.5m. Working grade is A5.
 This overhead crane is operated by ways of ground and cabin control. There are open and closed styles for driver Cabin, it could be divided into left and right installation according to practical situations. Entrance direction adopts profile and top entering to satisfy different needs of customers choice 

1.  LH double-girder crane with electric hoist consists of box-shaped bridge, trolley traveling mechanism, crab and electric equipment.

2. It employs fixed electric hoist which is fitted on crab frame as hoisting mechanism.

3. The crab uses LD drive to run, while the trolley adopts LD drive or QD drive

4. The structure, simple and convenient, feature low entire height and light dead weight.

5. It is applicable to operational sites of medium and small lifting load such as factories and mines, workshops and warehouses.

6. It has two operation modes: ground handle,  and cab. The cab has two types: open can and closed cab.

Application

 LH model double girder overhead crane is using electric hoist for lifting mechanism, it has compact exterior dimension, low construction headroom, light deadweight, light wheel load advantages. Applied in mechanical processing workshop, metallurgical factory and subsidiary workshop, warehouse, material yard, power plant for transferring, assembly, inspection maintenance and load unload procedures.
