High Alumina Thermal Anaylsis Crucible Features:

Our company used high purity alumina powder as raw material,and combined with the modern advanced firing 

process,specializing in producing Al2O3/ZrO2 ceramic small crucible used for thermal analysis. We can assure 

our productions have the following four features that can satisfy all kinds thermal analysis experiments well:

 

1. High heat conductivity: heat transfer is quickly between sample and crucible, so that the difference in temperature 

is little between them and widely distributed.

 

2.Stable structural performance: high purity pulverulent body combines with high temperature sintering process 

controlled accurately and then form compact and homogeneous microcosmic crystal phase. The structure can insure 

there is no peak and no physical or chemical reaction with sample.

 

3.High temperature stability: the range of operating temperature is wide and max work temperature is 1750°C.

 

4.High reuse rate: they can be reused for many times after washing in water or 10% hydrochloric acid and drying.

There is no influence in experimental result.
