l By doing insert molding, magnetic material can be directly molded into or onto other assembly
components without further assembly process
l The material is harder to be cracked or chipped than sintered magnet

* Maximum application temperature is related with magnetic powder and polymer binder. Even though the temperature of ferrite material happens magnetic loss up to 170°C, the HDT (heat deformation temperature) of the binders is low, when application temperature exceeds the HDT, the binder in injection molded magnet will become soft at some extent, which jeopardizes the product.
