Aluminium titanate riser tube
Riser tube is a critical part of low pressure die casting machine.Molten aluminium is transported by pressure from holding furnace via riser tube into a mould every 3--5 minutes.Iron riser tube in traditional production could not guarantee continuous casting and high quality,so aluminium titanate becomes ideal material of riser tube due to its low thermal expansion coefficient,good thermal shock resistant and no wetting by molten metal.
