A critical ceramic part between riser tube and down mould.Bushings can make alloy liquid smoothly filling mould without inclusions and help exhause in the cavity for avoid secondary oxide slag during casting.
Aluminium titanate ceramic is the stoichiometric solid solution of aluminium oxide and titanium dioxide and is featured by:
1.Low thermal expansion coefficient
2.Excellent thermal shock resistance
