Product Description
1) DQP765*2100 Multi cutter with chamfering device is used for the cut of column supplied from the powered conveyer after Slug Cutter to the given size. If single line columns come, they are cut into bricks after being chamfered by the chamfering device, or columns come in parrallel, they are directly cut into bricks. this working process is automatic controlled by PLC.
2) It is well known for its advancement, multifunction and reliability, suitable for single column production as well as double column production. If it is used in single column production, it can be used for production of top-grade facing bricks, paving bricks and other building materials; if used in double column production, it can improve the output capacity. It is equipped with a horizontal cutting arch system. Durring the cutting of bricks, the cutting wires move longitudinally under the effect of cylinder, like a person sawing the wood, and is accurate in cutting and positioning and easy to cut, furthermore, the damages to column and wire-broken possibility are reduced, and product quality is ensured. Furthermore, it is provided with an automatic wire replacing system, if the cutting wire broken, the monitoring system can automatically give an alarm, and the wire can be replaced automatically and fast, therefore, the efficiency of machine is improved.
